Debica has one of the best sports bases in Podkarpacie. It consists of net of swimming pools: indoor Olympic swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool, used during summer season. Debica was organizer of Championship in Swimming of Poland and Polish Grand Prix in Swimming, European Championship in Swimming with Flippers and international tournaments in swimming and water polo.
There is also artificial ice field in the swimming pool hall, used for training by hockey teams from Debica and other towns. There is also active figure-skating group. Debica is the place for meeting for many sports teams. Training takes place on football ground, athletics tracks, tennis courts, sports halls, Basketball and volleyball fields. There is also professional sports centre in Straszecin, which is place for training for many first league football teams, used in the past for grouping national football team.
